— Paolo Bacigalupi
My name is Fátima Alvarenga, pronounced in Spanish as Fah-ti-mah, or you can call me Ti.
I believe that in an ideal world, people everywhere, even in small villages like Santiago de María, would have access to mobility and mindfulness. My work is about removing what gets in the way so anyone can find and live their practice.
Expect:
options, autonomy, no pressure
dharma talks that use modern language, lived experiences, digestible truth
meditations that are grounding, not overly woo-woo
entry points that feel non-committal
tools to support your practice, on and off the mat
An unbothered scorpion
bothers no one
I’d love to chat…

Most yoga communities speak to those already in the bubble. We speak to the ones outside of it: tired, disconnected, searching ~ who may not even have words for what they’re feeling.
At santi, we don’t care how you look or perform. This is for anyone who craves more from their practice. For anyone who feels out of place in polished studios but knows their soul is sacred. For those who didn’t grow up with yoga, but feel pulled toward something deeper.
It takes a village
