— Paolo Bacigalupi

My name is Fátima Alvarenga, pronounced in Spanish as Fah-ti-mah, or you can call me Ti.

I believe that in an ideal world, people everywhere, even in small villages like Santiago de María, would have access to mobility and mindfulness. My work is about removing what gets in the way so anyone can find and live their practice.

Expect:

  • options, autonomy, no pressure

  • dharma talks that use modern language, lived experiences, digestible truth

  • meditations that are grounding, not overly woo-woo

  • entry points that feel non-committal

  • tools to support your practice, on and off the mat

bothers no one

I’d love to chat…

It takes a village

With love from
