santí
Yoga, on and off your mat.
Yoga is not movement, it’s how you return to yourself.
Santí began as a student’s desire to share yoga in a way that felt honest, cultural, and deeply human, beyond the Western idea of just movement.
Over time, it naturally grew into something bigger. A space for slow experiences, peaceful moments, and the little rituals that support your inner world, whether you’re practicing on the mat or moving through your life.

Encuentros
(en-KWEN-trohs)
Music, movement, and dharma guided by Fátima Alvarenga. A space to move your body while exploring yoga beyond the physical poses and expanding your understanding of the practice as a whole.
Our encuentros happen every third Saturday of the month, except November.
